Is your Jewellery and diamonds certified?Â
Any Jewellery over $500 will be provided an appraisal upon request which can be submitted to any Insurance Company for insurance purposes.

Where do your diamonds come from?
Our forte also lies in supplying diamonds at an exceptional value, right from 0.005 carats up to 5 carats. We have a complete selection of sizes below 0.18 carat as per GIA criteria of grading at a wholesale parcel price and certified as well as non-certified diamonds above 0.18 carat at an unbeatable price.
Do you sell or share your customer information with other companies?Â

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled before the package is shipped out. Once the order is shipped out and for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please call for directions on how to return the package as we stand behind a 15 day money back guarantee.
Can I return an item?Â
We stand behind a 100% money back guarantee program. We offer a risk free retail environment, so rest assured, buy with confidence and you can always return it for a full refund.
Can I combine my items?
You can combine your items in one shipment to save shipping costs for a period of 7 days (Beginning from the date of your first successful transaction until 7 days later). Maximum of 8 items can be combined in one shipment.
We cannot combine different orders from different email addresses in one shipment.
If the buyer prefers other shipping methods, please inform us, we will try our best to accommodate you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Instock Items we ship next day, for others please email us.
Sometimes shipping delays are caused due to customs formalities or holidays. So please allow us enough time to deliver before leaving a negative review. Such delays are not controllable by us.
For security reasons we do not ship to P. Box address.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship to other countries as well. All international duties are handled by the customer in their respective areas.
Can I ship my order to a different address ?
Yes, all orders can be shipped to a different address. Once an order is placed, our shipping department verifies the address and if everything is verified, we ship the package.
What shipping companies do you use and do you require signature upon delivery?
We ship through the best & fastest possible services from FedEx, UPS & DHL, depending on our customer's location. Once the package is created, we email the customer a tracking number for all orders.
What type of warranty do you provide?
All jewellery comes with 1 year warranty, where if any piece needs to get polishing or stone tightening, feel free to ship to us. We will fulfil your request. Please note the only exception to the warranty are Chains.
